How it's made

From your phone to real thread.

Every custom piece goes through the same six steps in our studio. Here's what actually happens.

Step 1 You send the idea
A photo, sketch, name or logo. Choose the piece, colour and spot above and tap the button. WhatsApp opens with everything filled in.

Step 2 We digitise it on PC
Our designer redraws your idea stitch by stitch in embroidery software: satin for outlines, fill for big areas, fine run stitches for detail. Thread colours and the order the needle moves are set here. This file is what the machine reads.
Step 3 Free mockup, you approve
You get a mockup on WhatsApp showing size, placement and thread colours. Ask for any change. Nothing is stitched until you say yes.

Step 4 The machine stitches it
Your garment is hooped tight and the embroidery machine follows the stitch file, switching threads automatically. A chest logo takes minutes; a full back piece can take hours.

Step 5 Layer by layer
Base fill goes down first, then colours, then the fine outline on top. That layering is what gives embroidery its raised, textured look.

Step 6 Finished by hand, then shipped
We unhoop it, trim loose threads, remove the backing and check every stitch. Then it's packed and shipped free with tracking.

Can I order just one piece?

Yes. You can design a single tee, hoodie or sweatshirt for yourself or as a gift. For 5 or more pieces we share a bulk price.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the piece, the size of the design and how many places you want stitched. We send the exact price with your free mockup, before you pay anything.

Can I stitch on more than one place?

Yes. Mix the left chest, centre chest, full back, upper back, sleeves and the hood (on hoodies). For example: a small logo on the chest and a big design on the back.

What can I send as my design?

A photo, a sketch on paper, a logo file, a screenshot for reference, or just the words you want stitched. Send it in the WhatsApp chat and our designer will turn it into a stitch-ready design.

Will I see it before it is made?

Always. You get a digital mockup first and we only start stitching after you approve it.

Can I return or exchange a custom piece?

Custom pieces are made just for you, so we cannot take them back for a change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering. If something arrives damaged or not as approved, WhatsApp us and we will fix it.
