RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


To initiate an size exchange, please contact our customer service team at whatsapp +91-9219616921 within 5 days of receiving the item. 


After 5 days of receiving the item, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges on conditions. 

Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.

We reserve the right to not accept a return if;

(1) the product/s are returned after use

(2) the products are damaged

The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on Whatsapp +91-9219616921.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.

If you have received a defective product, share images on whatsapp +91-9219616921 and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only.

Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will refund you the paid amount

The shipping charges for the return will be paid by the customer
